We commit to collaboration and openness, and we will listen thoughtfully to any response offered by Secretary Collins and VA leadership. We raised many of our concerns individually through an online VA Town Hall on June 20th, hoping for a compelling vision and answers. We did not find him persuasive. Who organized this?

We are frontline VA clinical staff, organizing together in our own time over the last weeks. We feel an obligation to speak up for our essential colleagues who support the mission.

To care for those who have “borne the battle” is an honor. It’s how we serve. This is part of that service.
